I really wanted a pearl necklace, so I made one by sewing together small plastic pearls using a needle and thread. If your able to get hold of one, or of course Google it, you can see how a real pearl choker is woven together; then you can copy the pattern. It takes a while, but it's worth it in the end! After losing the strap from one of my platform sandals, I improvised and have been using black ribbon instead. It's much more comfortable than the poorly made Topshop one's that come with the sandals and surprisingly stay on your feet.
