December is the best month to explore your inner burger cravings, as 80% of burger joints offer Christmas themed specials. Byron Burger introduced their Father Cheesemus burger last month via their Byron Burger Club. For every Father Cheesemus burger bought, Byron will donate 25p to One Feeds Two® to buy a school meal for a child living in poverty.
The Father Cheesemus burger consists of two 6oz hamburgers, bacon Freddar™ cheese, crispy bacon, pickles, shredded lettuce, chipotle ketchup and honey-mustard sauce (£12.95). The whole burger was huge! I was overwhelmed when it arrived, but was quite impressed when I managed to finish 3/4 of the burger.
This is definitely a burger for overindulgent meat lovers, with it's double beef patty and oozing cheese you need a big appetite to finish the whole thing. I especially loved the chipotle ketchup which added a hint of spice and the gorgeous honey-mustard sauce, easily the best flavour to stand out from the burger.
